The Bamboo Bicycle Trailer is a set of freely distributed plans that allow anyone to make a bicycle trailer.

This project inspires people to do something for themselves, and gives them a tool to change their own life.

This is one of the hardest design challenges I have faced, but one of the most rewarding. The bicycle trailer had to be strong adaptable, easy to make and easy to copy. The plans needed to be understood by anyone irrespective of their culture, literacy, or background.

To date The plans have been requested about 4,000 times, mostly by Americans.
